Worldwide Delivery

  • Global Shipping
  • Free Shipping within GER and the EU.
  • International Shipping Costs upon request.
  • For larger artworks, unframed pieces can be shipped rolled in a tube (unstretched) to reduce costs.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days of receiving payment.

Secure Packaging and Insurance

  • All artworks are meticulously wrapped and packed to ensure safe delivery. Insurance coverage is included with every shipment.

Loss or Damage

  • While every precaution is taken, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided with every order to monitor the shipment’s journey.

Duties and Taxes

  • Recipients outside the European Union (EU) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. Please review your country’s specific import regulations for artwork prior to purchasing.

Payment 

  • All prices are listed in EURO (€) and are excluding VAT. VAT will be applied to orders within the European Union (EU) as per applicable laws.
  • Preferred Payment Method is a Wire transfer in Euros. Please ensure that any applicable transfer fees are covered.
  • Buyers outside the EU are responsible for all additional costs, including customs-related fees.

  • The form is for purchase requests and to inquire about international shipping costs.
  • Orders will be confirmed via email within 24 hours. For collectors outside the EU, please include a cell phone number to assist with shipping logistics.

    • Frames are made from sustainably sourced European woods (oak, beech, limewood). No tropical woods or synthetic blends are used in the construction.
