Materials
Each artwork is created using carefully selected, professional-grade materials chosen for their quality, longevity and environmental responsibility.

All works are original, one-of-a-kind paintings created by hand in Bielefeld, Germany.
Framing
- Paintings are supplied with a frame within the individual artwork listing.
- Floater frames are made from sustainably sourced European limewood, Beech or Oak Wood and selected to complement the artwork’s colour palette and character.
- A floater frame creates a subtle space between the artwork and the frame, allowing the painting to appear as if it is floating within it.
Condition
- All artworks are offered in exhibition-ready-to-hang condition.
- Minor variations and characteristics resulting from the artist’s hand are considered part of the unique nature of an original artwork and are not regarded as defects.
Care
To preserve the quality and longevity of your artwork:
- Avoid direct sunlight.
- Avoid excessive humidity and moisture.
- Avoid extreme or sudden temperature fluctuations.
- Handle with care during transport and installation.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Never use water, cleaning agents, solvents, or chemicals on the artwork.
Original Artworks
- Each listed original one-of-a-kind artwork is a singular creation made directly by me, Laura Theresia Köhler, the artist.
- When you acquire an Original, you possess something that stands apart from the ordinary.
- Collectors are encouraged to review all available information carefully and to contact me with any questions before confirming a purchase.
- Colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings and display devices.
Purchase Process
- All artwork purchases are handled personally via email and confirmed by invoice.
- Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding purchase. A sale is concluded only upon written confirmation by me, the artist and receipt of payment.
Payment
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euro (€).
- International buyers are responsible for any transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges incurred by their financial institution.
Ownership of the artwork remains with me, the artist until full payment has been received.
VAT, Duties & Taxes
- VAT will be applied to orders within the European Union (EU) in accordance with applicable laws.
- Collectors outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may apply in their destination country.
- Please review your local import regulations prior to purchasing.
Shipping
- Artworks measuring up to 82 × 62 cm are shipped free of charge within Germany in a sturdy cardboard box and can be delivered including their frame.
- Larger paintings are shipped rolled and unframed free of charge within Germany.
- Larger paintings can be shipped stretched and framed within Germany upon request and quoted individually based on size, weight and insured value.
- Shipping within the European Union and to international destinations is available upon request and quoted individually based on size, weight, insured value, and destination.
- For international shipments, rolled and unframed delivery is generally recommended as the safest and most economical option. Shipping artworks framed and boxed is possible upon request, however collectors should be aware that this may result in significantly higher shipping costs.
- All artworks are professionally packed, fully insured and shipped with tracking.
- Purchases are generally dispatched within three business days after payment has been received.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.
- Please retain all original packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.
- If a shipment appears lost in transit, please get in touch and I will assist in liaising with the carrier.

All content created by Laura Theresia Köhler, including images, texts, logos, graphics, and artworks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of these artworks, whether for private or commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized creation of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or any form of reproduction without explicit written consent.
Purchasing original work from Laura Theresia Köhler does not transfer ownership rights or permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the artwork in any manner without prior written authorization. Proper attribution and obtaining written permission are mandatory for any authorized use of the protected content. Failure to adhere to these terms constitutes a violation of copyright law.
Legal action may be pursued against any infringement or unauthorized use, including seeking damages and injunctive relief to protect Laura´s intellectual property rights.
